Key Info and Regulations

> Any real estate owner in Faqra Club village is entitled to submit an application for him/her and the members of his/her close family to join
the Club.

> Faqra residents have priority over non-residents to join the Club.

> At present non-residents can only be accepted in the club after the evaluation of their application file for the duration of one renewable year. The committee has the right to stop issuing club membership to
non-residents at any time.

> All construction must follow Faqra Club’s precise technical specifications.

> The photograph of a Club member must appear on his/her
exclusive card.

> All members must show their cards at the counter for each activity.

> Club premises and activities are only open to Club members and
their guests.

> All members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and are considered liable by the committee on this basis.

> All membership procedures and conditions, general rules, membership fees, subscriptions and invitations as well as all rules of any nature, related directly or indirectly to the Club, are set and modified by the Club committee at its sole discretion. Joining the Club is considered as a tacit acceptance and agreement to all the committee’s decisions.


Lexicon of Terms

> Family membership fees A family includes the head of the family, his wife and his children regardless of their age (under 21) and number. Widowers and the divorcees with children in their custody are considered as family.

> Individual membership fees Applicable to any person who wishes to join independently. This also includes underage children.

> Resident A resident is the head of the family who owns 2400 shares of a built land (villa, chalet or studio apartment) at Faqra Club, where he resides with his family.  The 2400 shares of an estate can only be distributed to the members of the same family (spouse and children) in order to give the head of the family the capacity of a landlord - resident in Faqra Club.

> Non-residents Include the owners (owning a parcel of housing sites) and people who do not own any parcel or a residence in Faqra Club.
